Short

Ashenex Interactive is an independent game studio working in Unreal Engine 5. The studio ships games, publishes gameplay systems for other developers on the Fab marketplace, and documents the work in the open.

Long

Ashenex Interactive is a one-person game studio founded in 2024, working in Unreal Engine 5 with a focus on hand-built C++ systems. The studio's output spans two parallel tracks: original games built from the engine layer up, and production-grade gameplay frameworks released as plugins for other developers on the Fab marketplace.

Three plugins are shipped to date: Ashenex Stats (a GameplayTag-driven stat system), the Ashenex Trigger System (a client-side area trigger UI for multiplayer), and the Ashenex Steam Publisher (a one-click cook, package, and push-to-Steam editor tool). A flagship game project is in active development with details sealed for now.

The studio operates in the open. Devlogs, technical breakdowns, and postmortems are published alongside the work as it happens, not after.

Ashenex Stats v1.0

GameplayTag-driven stat system. Reusable Actor Component with multiplayer replication and a high-performance C++ backend exposed to Blueprints.

Ashenex Trigger System v1.0

Lightweight, client-side area trigger UI system. Place box or sphere triggers in your level and display contextual area information when players enter the zone.

Ashenex Steam Publisher v1.0

One-click cook, package, and push-to-Steam editor tool. Configure unlimited build presets, validate them with a Pre-Flight Summary, then publish to Steam without leaving the editor.
